If this book was first published in the US in 1965, then I'm surprised it doesn't cost a lot more @ Amazon than USD 0.99 (for digital edition) (I know, a bit tangential) seeing as how it's probably still in copyright (_at least_, the first-published-in-US-before-1923 rule that takes some things out of © doesn't apply.) (That it was first published in Japan in 1906 isn't relevant to -US- c.) What's up there??
