I've never read the two you've read, but the Lunar Chronicles (at least I know with Cinder), is very light in romance. The farthest it goes is a sweet kiss.

The Lunar Chronicles depicts no sex whatsoever! The only hint of sex is just slightly mentioned in one of the "side novels" (Fairest) and it's nothing really graphic at all. I don't like reading about sex either and I was fine with that part, worst case scenario you can just flip over that part and you won't miss anything important. The rest of the series - Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, Winter, and Stars Above - don't have any sex in them at all. Kissing, yes, but nothing too graphic.
