Thanks for your message, Jinna. I'm so glad you liked Mary and the Captain! I'm working on the sequel right now. You're right; there are a lot of things to cover, like Mary's wedding and honeymoon, Daniel's new life with his grandfather, and, of course, Caroline's budding attraction to Mr. Penrose. Is there any chance you are still working on a sequel to Mary & The Captain? I have just done a long overdue review and remembered how frustrated I was when, after her unhappiness throughout the story, we were not going to actually see her happy and beloved. Also (and against the tide of almost everyone else) I though Caroline escaped the consequences of her actions far too easily, in fact she got clean away.
