Does this spoil the plots of any of Stephen's own work? I'd like to read it but I've only read 3 of Stephen's books so far (The Colorado Kid, The Shining and Doctor Sleep) but would prefer to wait until I've read more if there are spoilers for books of his I haven't read yet.

Be sure to read Carrie, ‘Salem’s Lot, Misery, The Stand, Cujo, Desperation, and The Dead Zone (mainly his earlier works, as he wrote this book in the late 90s). I got a major spoiler for The Stand!
