Does this book mention that Dad Jesse once apprenticed at Daddy John Brown’s tannery? I’ve read AND listened to this book and don’t recall this being mentioned. I’m now reading Grants Memoirs, and he mentions it and it’s also on John Brown’s wiki page (which I know is NOT 100% accurate).

Can’t edit question...but meant to acknowledge that in general, wiki pages aren’t 100% accurate. Didn’t mean to imply Brown’s isn’t.
