The best way to judge a story's length is by word count. Font and page size vary the results based on the publication.

My copy I picked up last night is 72 pages; however, it feels a lot longer. Maybe that's because my copy of the book can sometimes have almost 600 words on any given page (I counted 565 words on its 17th page). Also, the paragraphs are some of the longest I have ever read.
