Cecile asked:

Have any African Americans read this book? I'm drawn to the topic, but I wonder if this book addresses racism, sexism, other-ism in general, unconscious bias, substandard education in the US, climate change and white male patriarchial plantation capitalist hegemony in general. These conditions seem to be double-downing and not getting better in the US.

Bernard François The book is not specifically focused on the US, nor written from a US perspective, as it focuses more on understanding the world (as in, all counties, also including the US of course).

It mainly looks at four major income levels within the world, and how these appear across all countries, and how life is similar across country borders for people within the same income levels.

It doesn’t necessarily offer solutions, but it does help reader on their journey to better understand the world - and having a good understanding of what is going on is a great first step to making improvements within the conditions you listed.
