It's been over 20 years since Daphne left, & I think if she's alive, she would have contacted Cameron or Jean by now. She was seen in Sowell Bay "several years ago," still using, Simon Brinks gave her money & Avery talked her off the ledge, so it's not likely she made it to recovery.
