Leopard
Leopard asked:

Don't raw nuts have the potential of carrying fungi that are proven carcinogenic?

Darius Murretti The aspergillus fungus is not itself carcinogenic but I secretes a very powerful carcinogen known a aflatoxin (A&B) it is found in many grains crops and root crops such as peanuts and corn . Aflatoxin Is NOT destroyed by cooking so whether you eat these raw ore cookied is immaterial . Nuts on the other hand are grown in trees and it very rare fro them to be infected with aspergillus fungus.

any crop is inspected (by using a black light) for aspergillus fungus so po answer your question NO as long as you avoid peanuts and eat only nuts and grains that have been inspected you are NOT increasing your risk of getting aflatoxin
Leopard It all reads as too certain of all its benefits. I'll wait to rate this book until I double check many of Dr. Fuhrman's affirmations.
