Eileen Not taking things personally. I really felt like that was something that I needed to learn. I can be sensitive at time with people, and I needed to realize that I shouldn't take in all the things that people say about me. It's more a reflection of them than it is me.
Trever Always Do Your Best... it applies to everything you do in life.
Catherine Anne Be impeccable with your words was the sweetest recognition. Don't make assumptions is the hardest practice.
Carla Flaim Not to take things personally and to have integrity with your words
Cindy Shawl good heavens......I do believe the man has plagiarized quite a number of people, lol! What a charlatan! unless, of course, he mentions somewhere in the book that the ideas/words are not always his own; I see in particular, what I believe to be "quotes" from P.T. Barnum !!! I have not read this mans book.....but I have read, a lot over my years on this earth, and my 1st book, bought for me by my father, was Hans Christian Andersen's Complete Book of Fairy Tales at age 8;my 2nd (at age 11) was author: Lippincott) Wolf King, and age 12(Jack London) Call of the Wild;I've been a voracious reader since...and I can tell you that I have read these exact words in other books. There once was a time (when life was simpler, and "rules" were not considered "confining/bad", but rather helped us establish boundaries for living/relationships/work/school.
Leslie This is such a hard decision. If I were to choose just one, it would have to be to always do your best.
I'm undergoing the beginning phase of imposter syndrome and those 4 words uplift me in ways that are unimaginable.
Vidar Akse Don't take anything personally.

However do your best also resonates because of the meaning that I should do my best considering the circumstances. If I am sick I can't expect the same as when I feel energised.
Jessica Humphrey Not taking things personally- I tend to let what other people think or say effect me and my own well being. Setting those feelings aside has been hard for me. I do not think that one book is going to change how I feel entirely but it gave me something to think on, it gave me an opportunity to see things in a different light and realization. Its something I am now actively working on.
Enid My most intense focus shall be on being impeccable with my word and knowing that my words have the power to shape my destiny and our collective future.
Aaron Thomas Impeccable word!! and be Impeccable with my word!
Anushree Agreement of don't assume anything. Ask & Share.
