I'm not sure it is unfortunately, other than via Kindle! I'm actually British but I live in the US, and I saw this book while on a trip to England. I tried to purchase it once back in the US and couldn't find anywhere to buy it! I hate how few British books are available here, it's an issue I often come across!

Looked at Amazon.com, as an ebook yes, you can buy it for Kindle and as an (expensive) Audible book.
Printed copies look like imports from other sellers, mostly used.
So I guess the answer is "depends on what you want"?
I would not pay too much for it, considering (see my review) I did not like the main characters. The use of social websites and tools is spot on and the main part of the story is good. What that is worth to you is not easy to decide before reading the book. In a few years this will seem dated, so I do not think it is a book to read twice - I suggest a used copy.
Just checked what I paid for it, 5 Eur for the Kindle, given that it is a fast read I consider it too much.
