Facebook. LOL It's the devil's tool... FB can literally derail any and all progress for me at times, so I have to turn off my wifi and force myself to write. For the most part the only way I get over writers block is to chat with my writer friends about it. Tell them I can't get through a certain scene and usually that conversation will get things going again, even if it's just to force my ass into a chair and get it done. Usually it's from those conversations that I get ideas on how to move forward with a scene, where I couldn't before.
