Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ asked Gary Hayden:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gary Hayden In the summer of 2013, I walked 1,150 miles, from John o'Groats to Land's End, with my wife Wendy.
The trip was her idea, and I didn't really expect to enjoy it. But, to my surprise, it turned out to be the best thing I've ever done.
At the time, I had no idea of writing a book about the journey. But when it was over, I felt that I wanted to share the experience.
The book, Walking With Plato, is part travelogue and part philosophical notebook. But mostly, it's my musings upon life, love, philosophy, literature, Britain and long-distance walking.
