As a sucker for biographies and success stories this will be my all time favourite for its 360 degree view of the personal and professional life of an entrepreneur. No demi-god kind of portrayal. But am quite intrigued to learn why icons from Steve jobs to Phil chose to typecast India as a land of snake charmers, full of polluted landscapes and corrupt individuals.Has Phil's perspective changed over the years?

I think that portrayal is possible because many westerners who visited India earlier visited the more unique spots surrounding the spiritual destinations in India where they see a lot of such people who confirm their pre-conceived notions thus further strengthening that impression. But I believe that narrative doesn't hold good in the current days.

Perhaps the idea was to explore/experience the culture that is strikingly different than the one they currently live in and it just happened to be India.
