Btw i'm glad i read Face Off before this one because they were already together and part of their story told a few times through this book ^^ Overall i really enjoyed this world and the characters but i'm a bit wary of the next book because i feel like these characters are out of knowhere and the storyline can be tricky buuut i'm always up for an adventure ^^...more

As usual it was sweet, sexy, fun and unproblematic ^^ Same complaint as the last book, i feel like the last part is dragged and some parts were a bit repetitive. Also something i found weird is Mavan's mom is absent, she's rarely mentionned, and when she is, she's the best mom but no interaction or maybe a bit of context ? Her story has a direct impact on Maven and i think it would've been interesting to develop a bit about that. Overall i enjoyed this book, and can't wait to read about other characters but i'm having the same complaint about the unecessary long repetitive parts....more

But i like the first book so much i wanted to read this one too (and probably the all series ^^) Anyway, again i looove the communication and sweetness and almost perfection of the characters ! I was smiling all along the book and enjoying the closeness and understanding and everythiiing. Buuut, after a while it was becomming a bit redundant especially in the ten last chapters. I felt the book was too long at that moment even if i love them together. Overall i'm glad i started this series because i love the writing (so positive and sweet and communicative) and the characters....more

I rarely do that but i decided to skip the last book because apparently i don't want to read about married couple or ex married couple in this series ^^ The story was a bit more structured even if this time i'm the one that didn't get all of it lol The love story was sweet and i like seeing Talia discover a new way of living. But the all kingdom thing felt soo unbelievable (i know i know there are still princesses and all in the world) and so not relatable that i wasn't convinced. Still i had a good time.
Overall, i must say, even if i didn't enjoy this series as much as i hoped, i was still riveted and attached to my kindle....more

I initially was interested by another book in the series but decided to give the other books a chance ... except the first one lol The reviews didn't convince me and i saw it was standalones so ... In truth the actions of book one have direct repercussions on book 2 and it looks like the investigation is ongoing on all the books ^^ So i was a bit lost, i didn't get everything, there's a lot of characters. I felt like i missed the premices of the relationship because they already were kinda close and got together pretty quickly. Still i read because i was strangely into it even if i found the book extremely clich茅 in a looot of area ^^ Anyway, i'm onto number 2, but can't wait for number 3 !...more

After reading the 3 books there's exactly the same pattern and parts were too wordy for the moments but overall it was interesting to see beloved characters and their life. I'm glad it stopped though...more
