My GIRL Theresa whipped the floor with Sandro, like she did not hold back, plus Sandro can take the prize for the biggest asshole to ever exist on this planet.
This book was TOXIC and the emotional abuse was unbearable, and HOLD ON the Miss COMMUNICATION? infinite.
But I gobbled up that shit like a 5 star Michelin meal course.

What happened with the pace and potential of the first one? How did it step soo low to my expectation? which, mind you, weren't that high!!
60% of this book was just Crass, disgusting sex scenes, weird unwarranted blood play, glorifying toxic traits of possessiveness/jealousy and then they immediately proceeds exhibitionism, like "ooohh there's my significant other, have your fill and look/fantasizes about them in every way.."
Blaaah fuck this shit, this trope has been overly used lately, if feels like the trend of the year that authors uses to classify their books as dark twisted steamy fantasy romance.
It's not romantic. Please stop.
And to make matters worse there's ZERO progress whatsoever in the storyline, just pointless drama trumped up of awfully made up scenarios by the FMC. We get that you're emotionally traumatized. But apparently you seemed to have accepted your fate come the 14% mark why are you dragging the hell out of this inevitable relationship. Just move on to MORE IMPORTANT MATTERS.
*sigh* I'm disappointed by these unsuccessful reads this years.

I know she gives him grief for his action - cause lets not forget that he chained her and treated her like a dog in the first book- but what boggles me is that he never apologized for his actions
YET Hannah ends up falling in love with him for doing the bare minimum.
Yeah nah, not for me.
Plus let's not forget the whole weird family tree that this book has going on, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters... it's part of the mythic aspect of the story but I can't -for the life of me - give a shit. I'm just over this.
I think my journey with this book end here folks. i's not fare for me to continue on with the series with my low opinions of it.....more

I freaking fell hard for the MCs they nailed their Roles, even thought Estrella maddened me at times with her ultimate blindness but sheesh was it good at the end when she finally snapped of er bubble. *chef's kiss*
Also what made e rate this book this high is my freaking curiosity Who is /mab's child ? is it our heroine? is he her step brother/ are they somewhat related. Soooo...

Seriously -Knight just got off the rail, and became pretty much a cheating abusive drugued up asshole. -Luna is unhinged in her own subtle way. thang god she drew some balls. but not enough for me to fully appreciate her character. Penn and Daria, I was Not interested in those two and I don't care enough to read their books. -Vaughn is plain weird -Poppy was a doormat -Josh/Ryan/the girlfriend from boon all were one dimensional

The only characters I was a 100 % invested in were DEAN and ROSIE. those two where my favorite couple from the original series. And to see the end results of her illness just broke me to pieces. I shed a few tears.....more

1- First of all, WTF is up with this long book were nothing of importance happens? dare I say that 70% of this book was only Auren overcoming her Trauma with Slade being her lap dog. Isn't he supposed to be the all mighty king? what about politics? his own story ARC where he actually does something to move the situation forward... I simpy got bored
2- I did not sign up for multiple POVs, the whole narrative just suddenly shifted. I did not even Read the last queen "something" chapter. I was so fed up with this book that I was just completing it for the sake of doing so. A shame really
3- I am extremely disappointed in the side characters. No personality whatsoever, Ryatt was an absolute asshole, the wrath are just there for comic relief, Osrik and Rissa didn't do it for me *sigh* opposites attracts? but what about the actually spark and real interactions. I just was not feeling it or maybe it was overshadowed with the rest that I simply did not like
