Isabella is taken by Lorenza to pay off her father’s debt and after an agreement for her to be his surrogate in exchange for her freedom she has to make a choice.
Although she has her past trauma and has been kidnapped she doesn’t let that make me weak, she is a strong FMC and Lorenzo is a cruel and powerful Don.
Despite how he treats Isabella you can’t help but root for the two to overcome their own fears and hang ups and find happiness together, but wave after wave keeps them on their toes and always fighting to work.

When Adalyn is kidnapped by Marco as a way to get back at her father for something that happened years ago the sparks between the two are instantaneous. Ada’s backbone and sharp wit draw Marco in and it’s a rollercoaster ride from there.
The spice was great. the emotions you feel while reading the book, even better.

Mia was in an accident that erased her memories of her life beforehand and 6 years later after trying to support her alcoholic mother and thinking she has no family her nana comes back into the picture and brings her back to where she grew up. All of her friends come back into the picture along with her best friend Ashton, who we quickly see is/was more than that.
Overall I did enjoy the story but it felt like there could have been so much more details but also less details? We got a lot of information and scenes that felt like they were just filling space when I just wanted to know more about the MC’s.
We don’t get to learn much about Mia’s past and it feels like a wasted opportunity.

Anya is strong and knows what she wants and needs, and watching her support Parker and seeing him grow as well had me loving them together.

The writing style felt mediocre at best unfortunately. It was riddled with spelling issues that the more I caught, the more I noticed. The formatting made it difficult at times to tell who was saying what line and I found myself having to read parks multiple times just so I can figure out what was going on. There was also time skips that would not be obvious until after you had already started them. You would be in the middle of a conversation or seeing and then it would be anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks later.
Overall, I did enjoy the banter, but for families that are supposed to be so badass and scary they were sweet (except Ava’s dad) it felt like everything that was a problem would resolve itself way too simply and it felt like more of a soap TV show that a book.
Overall not a terrible book but could use some work.

Reagan’s take no shit attitude, mixed with Jesse’s overprotective instincts pair for a spicy and fun mix. Watching the two grow and overcome hill after hill to work things out was so enthralling.

Watching Taylor’s healing journey and seeing Charles stand by her was everything I could have wanted. The two of them are absolutely perfect together.
The twists that kept coming had me reading this entire book in one day. Add in the spice and you have perfection!

I loved watching that Knight was able to give each of the 7 men their own personalities. I feel it’s rare to have a harem that large, especially without having carbon copies of each other, but she was able to make me connect to each one and feel for them and get a sense of who they were.
I don’t know how Knight does it but she has a knack for larger harems and still giving each character a personality so you can’t help but love them. The 4th book in the Dyconia series starts off different than we’re used to in this series and I enjoyed the switch up.
Add in Feyra’s fierce attitude and unwillingness to take any crap and I loved it.

I’m a why choose girlie through and through so when I see 7 love interests I get excited and Knight does it in a way where each character gets a solid personality and no one is pushed off to the side. Along with Mina’s back story and her pain I loved all of this and I can’t wait for the next book to come out!

Rose is talented when it comes to writing her FMC’s. Their trauma, their spirit, their strength, everything is always so well crafted and written in a way you can’t help but love them. Add in her flair for badass mmc’s who will do anything for their woman and you have the perfect combination.
Fractured future gives us Ember and she may end up being my favorite yet, she’s strong and sassy and full of a spirit that doesn’t quit.

Overall I felt this could have been better executed. The love interest felt very insta love with no real connection between characters. It felt rushed and like there was no time to develop any actual feelings before we were expected to think alessia and Silas were head over heels.
The overall fantasy element felt very YA and even on the lower end of that with the simplicity to it.
Overall it wasn’t a bad book but it could have used some more fleshing out.
