The part that was even harder to read was the part where they were the main couple were at court. It could have been scrapped entirely without changing almost anything. I just wanted the story to move on and start doing interesting.

I was going to give it a 4 because the descriptions went on for soooooo long, causing it to drag. I was made up for with mindfuckery though. The only thing I can think to compare this to would be gone girl. They both had the media spinning the truth about the main couple, deceptive mind games, and unpredictability.

This came so close to being my favorite erotic novel ever, but the ending had to go an ruin it. Not everyone will hate the ending, but I certainly disliked it.
