I kind of like it, it was mostly hot and sexy times, but it had a quest in it as well and that kept it fun. For me it just isn't clear how it would continue now that the one quest is fulfilled. So I will continue to see where it does go....more

So Maxim is a maffia heir, he really didn't seem like it.. Maybe I read to much, but he was just so darn soft and let people get away with a lot that others wouldn't.
Then everyone is scared of the Don, but I just didn't get it.. He didn't sound so bad..

It's also best to go in open minded, I like mafia books, this is a little bit of that but not the dark stuff. I found it difficult to take Davian as a dark and scary leader, but maybe if we saw him more with his crew it could be. But it made me smile and laugh out loud, which is rare these days. So I would say it was a succes.

Overal it was a good read, but not what you would expect from a Bad boss..

I don't necessarily like the love or like at first sight, sometimes but I'm kind of past it. This one had a little bit of that, but the H kept strong, but his inner monolog was possessive from start.
I like how sweet Sofiya is, she is still strong and fierce, but incredibly sweet as well! But I kept waiting for the tiramisu she was going to make for Angelo, but it never came on page.
It had a predictable Villain, the clues where there and they were obvious, but maybe that was because we wouldn't suspect a different player in the game as well.
What bothered me toward the ending with all the twists and turns, that she only asked twice about Angelo. I know, I know he isn't the MMC, but if you care about the well being it would be nice to have a page with worry and care..

My god what a very pleasant surprise this was! It got me hooked from the preview, so I bought it.
I loved how Viviana was very very different from her sister and gave Luciano a challenge, it made me swoon with some parts. And giggle and sniffle with others, it was really good! Now I'm curious for Massimo and The Bratva one, but I'll need the blurb to know if it will be up my alley. Because I like the challenge and not the love at first sight....more
