with any self help type book there will always be parts that will help you and others that you don't like or agree with. I enjoyed this book and I got some good insite out of it however there is parts I will not take away with me. also like how this book wasn't all their story and how this happened and how they fixed it crap that I can't stand in most self help books. main reason i chose this is because I like Buddhism and find their way of teaching aligns with how I think as well. very good book and I hope I can heal my inner child....more
