it was amazing

I loved this gem of a book. Each tiny chapter give you something to reflect upon for weeks. It is about finding peace and happiness in your life and sharing that with the world. He talks about the importance of mindfulness so you can be aware of your inter-relatedness in the entire universe. This book was a Mother's Day gift one year ago and it added greater peace and understanding to my life.

Bonnie Hi Carol, We just got back from Colorado where we visited my cousin. She is a Buddhist follower of Thich Nhat Hanh and gave me one of his books, The Miracle of Mindfulness and also some beginner cassettes of his. Have not started yet. I'm looking forward to hearing your response to Peace is every step. Bonnie

Carol I am reading Peace is Every Step very slowly because each chapter has to be thought about and absorbed. I would be interested in swapping books when I finish Peace. It is very up lifting and I like the simplicity of the message, which is basically smile and breathe. So enjoy the blue sky today and smile. Carol
