I feel like the author of this book was trying too hard to make the novel popular in the teen genre, in doing so she tried to put every form of teenage slang she could find into the text. It wasn't needed and it made the book hard to read. I really want to know how this author is on the New York Times bestseller list because I personally don't see it. Although the book had an interesting plot I believe it was executed poorly and another author should have developed this idea first. My advice is that you try reading it and see if you enjoy it, comment below telling me if you liked it or not.
