really liked it

Lots of action that made it hard to put down. Good read for a YA book.

The book is written in first person and switches between three different characters. At times, I found this hard to follow as I had to sometimes read several paragraphs before you knew which character I was reading about. I assumed based on the title we'd learn more about Nine. Though that is true there just wasn't enough depth provided to make me care about him. In fact I didn't really learn much more about any of the characters, new or old.

Despite all of that I found the book worth the read and it was exciting right from the start.

John Cleary I think you'll thoroughly enjoy the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh and last book (United as One comes out on June 28, 2016). :)

I have a friend that pretty much jumps up and down with excitement ever time we talk about the books. He keeps saying the same thing about the remainder of the series. I'm looking forward to reading them.

John Cleary I for one can't wait to read "The Fate of Ten" and "United as One." :)

Carter Renwick I agree. Every now and then when reading a new chapter I would think it was one character talking but then realize a while later that it was someone else and have to go back and reread. I loved how badass nine and four were when they were taken by the FBI. Even completely restrained they were cracking jokes and toying with the agents.
