OMG! OMG! OMG! This book was one of the best mind f&%k I have read in a while. It had my head spinning and I loved every minute of it.

I finished this book and said WTF DID I JUST READ?!?! I have only done that with one other book. I am a lover of dark reads and I was really looking forward to this book, I was not disappointed this book has it all ~ massive amounts of drama, kidnapping, violence, hot sex, many twists and will leave you either a lover or a hater of Noah who is a dark, twisted, sick and broken soul with a kind and caring side.

Keaton Mara is running away from her past, and is hiding in plain sight. Which works for her for a while, until she finds herself drugged, kidnapped and under the control of a sadistic beast that got off on making her life a living nightmare.
Refusing to submit cost her great deal of pain and torture by the one person she never thought she'd ever have a connection with.



I don't want to give anything away but this book effected me on a personal level and I loved the hell out of it. The ending shocked the shit out.

"Sometimes we need to close our eyes to see the truth."

The story was well-written, descriptive, riveting and emotionally charged with so many different emotions that I could not stop the roller coaster ride once it started and finished it in one sitting.
I will definitely now be looking for more of Courtney Lane's work to get my kindle fingers on.
