it was ok

The more I think about this book the more I don't like it.
I hated the ending. It made the entire book completely pointless. I do enjoy John Green's writing style, but I'm starting to get the feeling once you've read one of his books you've read them all.

Emma Louise I totally agree ! I got wrapped up in there little world and thought she was going to go back ! Maybe they'll cross paths again and go for another adventure together.

heather ||-// I took off 1 whole star because of the crappy ass ending always given by John Green

asma Wait , so she didn't return ? Good thing I stopped reading the book . To be hornet , I got bored from it when he started looking for her

Katie Sholty He writes poignant quotes, but they're gift wrapped in monotony.

Jamie Thistle I don't think the ending made the book pointless. I didn't want her to return. He could do so much better than her. I think he should have written a chapter or two at the end fast forwarded a few months like when college starts. Margo was a free spirit (and selfish). The ending just enforced the theme which was that Q did not really know Margo. He thought she would return...she didn't..it confirms that theme. I'm glad that didn't end up together but I wish there was more added to the ending.

dee ♡ I'm not talking about the fact that they didn't end up together. I'm talking about the fact that she never intended for him to even go looking go for her. She was so rude when he arrived and it make me feel like I wasted my time reading his search for her.

Deven In a way I agree with you, but that could just be the writing style of John Green. Maybe he likes to have his books tie in together somehow, so be it the endings are never 'good' to some people or that he writes some of the same material. Also I would have to disagree that all of the books he writes are the same, every book has something special about them, and reading one book is not like reading all of the books he has spent his life creating.

Abdul "What the hell are you doing here?"

Well, this book was a complete waste of time...

dee ♡ @Abdul YES! Thank you!!

Monique V for real I feel like if I reread this one I wouldn't like it as much because I mainly liked it for the sentimentality aspect of a senior leaving highschool but that is it. Now I am way passed highschool so I don't feel any thing for this book
