I’m wrecked. Because a Court of Wings and Ruin was the BEST CONCLUSION I could ever hope for.
I want to shout THANK YOU SJM for this incredible adventure. Thank you for letting us dream and travel across the stars if only for a short time.
I have been a massive fan of the ACOTAR series since the first book so I was highly anticipating ACOWAR. I was afraid I wouldn’t like the third book as much as I loved the second one but hell, I was so wrong. I swear, I don't know how many nerve cells this book cost me.
Not only is the book thrilling and well-written. But it added a lot more complexity than I'd expected. Both in the characters and the plot. The progression brings about so many new faces (Have five to Helion, my second favourite High Lord), each of them unique in their own way.
When Feyre was in the Spring Court, she was so over-powered like she is a goodness and no one can stop her - I was getting some unwanted Aelin’s vibe here � but the plot was pretty well-driven after that, allowing each character to have its share of glory in Hybern Battle. And thank god for incredible plot twists or else I would have died a thousand times.
The other thing that I really enjoyed is the fact that the book was unpredictable. I got all emotional because the story has a way of being built up and simply torn down piece by piece by a certain event and you are like “What the hell just happened?� and then being rebuilt once again.
I literally went mental in one of the last scene � YES, THIS SCENE � my parents were actually concerned because of my change of emotions. I cried during the emotional moments, I got stressed during the battle scenes, I laughed so hard in others, I blushed during the bold sexy scenes, but most of all, I had � and still have believe me - embarrassing fangirling moments over the characters.
I have a lot of favourite scenes. Like a lot especially those where a potential couple interact � You should have seen me during NESSIAN SCENES, I was a FANGIRL MONSTER � but one scene particular brought me to tear and that was RHYS’s SPEECH BEFORE the FINAL BATTLE.
Overall, it was an EPIC BOOK closing an AMAZING trilogy with immensely ENTERTAINING STORYLINE, characters TO LOVE and a DETAILED fantasy WORLD.
Very much worth your time.

Yaaaas, Feyre said that she wants it all, so I'm hoping to see a wedding too, like WinterRose said, in a dress she actually likes, among people she calls family and friends.
Also, yes to flying and the beast form.
As for Nesta... As intense as those final chapters of ACOMAF were, I just started giggling when Nesta pointed a finger at the king of Hybern. I know she pointed at him in a silent threat, but in my mind I pictured that she just flipped him off ;PLOL)) Imagine that, Nesta showing her middle finger to the king while only her hand is sticking out of the Cauldron. Poor king should be scared))
Lol I honestly think Nesta will be the one to deliver the final killing blow to the king.

Yeah, and calling him a "hideous prick" like Feyre did Julian. I actually snorted at that place, despite me being scared for the bond.
@Elena, you are right about Tamlim. But, I don't think SJM would kill him, I think he will eventually redeem himself.The thing I forgot is : DEATH TO IANTHE THE BITCH.

Imagine, we have not onky one but THREE weddings. Nesta and Cassian, Rhys and Feyre, Lucien and Elain + Bonus : AZRIEL and MOR. With the POV of each guy when his girl shows up.
That would be epic. But i have - of course - a prefrence for Feysand wedding.
@Natalia - Hahaha, I tought about that too. The king made a big mistake turning her into high fae. I also think she is going to unleash this whole rage within her in an EPIC BADASS scene to kill the king.
I honestly thought the bond was broken at the end.
Guys, do you think Cassian will tell Nesta right away if he found out that Nesta is his mate like Lucien ?
Mirou! The .gif above made me smile :P I agree about the second book, it is perfection, still can't snap out of it! Desperate for the third book! As for Cassian and Nesta, they've started to care for each other already, I think his telling Nesta may come later, like Rhysand. But whenever he does, I know it'll be intense *yayy jumping with glee*
I look forward to Ianthe getting her comeuppance. Hate her!
Tamlin.... is a name I don't even like to type. But if anyone can make him redeem himself convincingly, its SJM.
I cried when I read about the bond, only to draw in a relieving breath few pages later, towards the end. I am looking forward to more Feyre and Rhysand together, and Amren and Mor going all badass and being unleashed over Hybern's army. I also hope Amren gets to go home... :)

Book Slamp too, I'm reading the Red Queen and I'm notimprresend by the book. Something is missing. Probably the wholz night court crew is missing.

NESSIAN SCENE! I hope the next book is about them so much...but I almost want to say it's going to be Jurian lol
It was just too much. In the best of ways but I was DRAINED afterward like it just gutted me.
The other three books...are a continuation or? :S I'm srsly conflicted 😐
What I know so far :3 NOVELS POST-ACOWAR -
The first I'm pretty sure is about NESSIAN (*YEEEEEEEEEEEEEES*) and another it's going to be about LUCIEN.
3 NOVELA - IN THE PAST;
It was sooo good. My heart still hurts from all the emotions. So much was set up for potential plot lines in the next books too, more heart pounding moments to prepare for no doubt.
