liked it

I enjoyed this, but I found it difficult to follow at times and it felt rather undeveloped. I definitely want to continue on with this series, but I can't deny that I wasn't very impressed with this first volume.

Sayu I wholeheartedly agree. I really wanted to enjoy it more (the art is fantastic) but it felt all over the place and I had trouble following the story. I wanna continue on with it too as the premise is really interesting and again I say the art is beautiful.

oh yes! the art is what has me wanting to pick up volume 2. other than that, the story was pretty weak.

Jess Arcand I definitely agree with your review, although it's hard for me to say that because I am so obsessed and enthralled with the series now that I've read everything released so far!! I truly think it's worth it to continue on - especially now that volume 2 just came out because it gets better and better!!!

I'm definitely going to pick up the next volume! :)

Ben Wright The series definitely gets better the longer it goes on. Also about your struggle to find vol 2 of Young Avengers, have you thought about reading the original run, as it's also really really good

I'm definitely going to continue on with the series, because I'm intrigued and want to know what happens next! Also I would, but since I've already started with the reboot, I think I'm just going to stick with it. :)

ALL THE FEELS. xD

Keshia Barbee I agree!! I enjoyed it but I almost feel like there were gaps in the story that made it so confusing and hard to follow. The artwork was so beautiful and I wanted to love it so much, it just fell flat :(

Leanne Oh good, I'm not the only one! The art had me really, really wanting to like the story but I was confused as to what was happening 50% of the time. I just got volume 2 though and I'm hoping it'll start making sense more. Hopefully!

Camille I haven't read that particular series, but that's a problem I had with a lot of comics when I started reading. I think it just takes a while to get used to the different pacing of the format. If you're looking for something with tons of character development, Manifest Destiny is a great series

James Lawner I only read the first issue and even that was confusing for me! I honestly think Neil Gaiman should've made this series (Speaking of Neil Gaiman, You should also check out his Sandman series)

Stephanie Jean My husband got my the first four volumes for my birthday. Just started reading. I’m already confused haha. I’m still. Ew to graphic novels
