Well firstly I want to comment how original is the idea of the book - the storyteller is the Death and the books are presented as treasures. It really pulls :). The focus is set on the power of the words. The story is simple and a little bit slow in the beginning. The monologues of the Death are very interesting. Here is one from the beginning: "Here is a small fact: You are going to die." and here is my favorite "Death: It kills me sometimes, how people die.". To be honest in the middle of the book I was a little disappointed but after that I understood that there are things that I didn't have in mind till then. The end was really strong and made me think about a couple of things.
