This was surprisingly perfect. I did not expect this. Not in a million years. I forgot everything about ACOTAR, anyway. I knew it was okay but the details were so hazy. But I wasn't waiting for anything splendid.
I was expecting a love triangle. And I hate love triangles in an inexplicable way. I did not get this. What I saw was a mature girl who realized how bad she's living and decided to change that. A girl who was clear about who she was now. What she wanted and how to get there.
Let's start by saying I love Rhys so much. I love the night court. I love his inner circle. And now I love Feyre even though I dislike her in ACOTAR.
I was expecting a love triangle. And I hate love triangles in an inexplicable way. I did not get this. What I saw was a mature girl who realized how bad she's living and decided to change that. A girl who was clear about who she was now. What she wanted and how to get there.
The one I liked the most from the secondary characters is Amren. I mean who doesn't love kickass girls?
Thank God we had no cliffhangers. Not a major one, at least. Can't wait for the third!! And little romance. She needed time to settle her thoughts about herself. And the longer we wait the hotter it gets.
