5 “Ask me what I want�� STARS



Coming in just under the wire by just finishing this book on December 30th, this story is a last-minute add to my favorite of the year’s list: VICIOUS!!! This book was fantastically written, intriguing, and sexy. This author NAILED the hate aspect and catapults this book with the likes of Bully and Corrupt yet she went the step further getting the full 5 stars from me. The perfection was all in the manner in which she wrote the hero Baron ‘Vicious�� Spencer.



Vicious is broken, angry, hateful, and perhaps even redeemable?



The story starts ten years prior when Emilia LeBlanc and her family move into the servant’s quarters of Spencer’s mansion. Emilia quickly realizes that the hot son Vicious can’t stand her and does everything in his power to make her life miserable here in Todos Santos. The attraction between Vicious and Emilia is powerful as is the hate that he constantly throws at her. He’s completely brutal towards her and even goes as far as to blackmail her into leaving town!



The flashbacks were terrific as was the interaction between Vicious and Emilia then and now ten years later. The chemistry, the dialogue, Vicious�� backstory, Dean, everything was spot on and had me inhaling every word.

I adored how this story played out nothing came easy and it was a well-done journey. Vicious went from wanting to destroy Emilia, to lusting after her, to learning how to love her. The scene with the credit card at the tattoo shop…OMG!

Emilia and Vicious�� story is so good and doesn’t end with a cliffhanger as this will be a series with Vicious�� best friends all getting their own books! The lessons learned, the love that was always there and the writing��

”We were going to do things her way. I got it. Her way sucked, but I needed to start learning how to play other people’s games if I ever wanted something meaningful.��



If you are a fan of angst, love to hate stories, hot chemistry, and fantastic writing you shouldn’t pass this book up. I’m eagerly looking forward to more in this series.
