My main problem with this book - CANDACE.
My god, she would tear/choke up when caressed by the wind!
Her reasons for distancing herself from Brian were ludicrous.
The book progressed nicely & the steamy scenes were very good. Brian is a bad-boy-but-really-not hero. Very yummy but ... CANDACE. UGH.

This book is a little more smut than I am into but it sounded good :)

I totally agree with you about Candace! She got on my nerves so much. Any guy in the real world would have run screaming from her! I liked Brian but liked Evan's book better.
I know! I don't know any guy that would put up with anything Candace did. I'll pick up Evan's book. Someone mentioned it wasn't as good as Brian's so I've avoided it.
Well there are no piercings but a pretty good hot tub scene in Hawaii! :) I thought the couple was more believable than badass tattoo guy and sheltered virgin! :)
