The Compund Effect!
Remember that old story about the rabbit and the turtle?
Then, it's the same motto to learn throughout the chapters of this book. In a simple illustration, this can be summarized as follows:
In short. The right book at the right time! An exciting book for an exciting boost. What made it more motivating and boosting is that I listened to it as an audio book by the author himself! Well, not to mention that was while I was jogging and doing some household work. Anyway that doesn't change the fact that it really did pretty good job for me. Not to mention the free resources available at the official website for further aid.
Awaiting eagerly to sending you my success story, Darren!

Yes, exactly the same concept!
The idea has been revisited through many authors and couches such as Tiny Habits with the amazing free training by BJ Fogg, and Atomic Habits by James Clear
