This was a re read for me. I rarely read books again unless I am in a slunp and need a guarenteed success to pull me out of it. This time it was really because I enjoyed loved, her latest book in the series; The Last Widow so much, I wanted to revisit her earlier work from the series. Even though the story came flooding back to me as I read. Karin Slaughter's style of writing with fast paced scenes and constantly throwing up cliff hangers at the end of chapters. Just mean't I could enjoy the hard work and expertise that had gone into it even more without trying to solve the case as well.
