I LOVE Grip!
Gah this book!!! It was beautiful, poetic, intense, intelligent.... honestly it blew me away! This book took me hostage and grabbed at my heart and emotions. It made me think...like really think. Ryan's writing is so superb that it resonates with you. Her words linger with you long after you've finished reading. Best of all, this story tackles a genre that most writers don't...an interracial couple. And I must say this was by far the best IC romance book that I've read. There's a lot of sensitive issues that discussed and Ryan doesn't tiptoe or apologize about it. Her writing is real, vivid, beautiful, smart and it flows. Time will fly and you'll forget you're reading. I couldn't get enough of the MCs Grip and Bristol. I won't be forgetting this story at all...it's on my favorites shelf.
