The reading year is off to a kind of meh start
idk what it is but this book was kinda just ok to read. It didn't have the same spark as the Mara Dyer trilogy books, maybe i've just outgrown the characters because I found them pretty annoying whereas previously I really liked them
It just kinda felt like and unnecessary follow on plot, just for the sake of it to me, which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to this
tbh I don't think I'll carry on reading the following books when they come out :/

I heard not so many good things on this one. I still have to read the last book in the series, but I don't think I'll ever read this sequel.
