Airel: The Awakening (The Airel Saga: Book 1, Part 1)

This book was a bit slow to start off with but then it did gradually pick up pace. It was a good book but some of the time I got a bit sidetracked because some parts didn't fully have my attention. Because of this I was not as shocked about everything as I should have been and the only thing that happened was that my eyes went wide and I continued reading but from saying that there was no real shock for me. Yes it was a good book overall but it did at times drag on a bit. I do still want to read the second book because I want to know what happens to everyone and what she ends up doing. I wonder now if the second book will be in Michael's point of view because it's his title. It would be quute refreshing as well to get more from his point of view.
Also I couldn't believe how quickly time passed in this book. And the constant change in time and characters made me want to continue reading but then sometimes it went on too long and the constant change made me have to think about what happened before because of the previous time that we were in and getting aborbed into that time and not thinking back of the previous time and events that took place after the chapter finished and moves on. Sometimes the chapters in one time did carry on a bit too much but because of this it also adds to the way that we forget what happens previously before we are transported into a new time and a new persona.
