Alright, here’s a little backstory for y’all:

I WANTED A BOOK BASED ON CASSIAN’S POV, OR AZ’S, OR MOR’S, OR A BUNCH OF OTHER FREAKING CHARACTERS THAT THIS BOOK COULD’VE BEEN BASED ON.

...pretty please, with a cherry on top.

But of course, SJM delivered with another book yet again based on nothing more than smut smut smut.
You know, I love a good shenanigan once and a while but when kids these days in Prythian think nothing more than being in a bedroom together, it can get...I don’t know, QUITE BORING AND DISGUSTING.
Yes, mind me, there is a few chapters based on other characters�� pov, however i just happened to notice how many more times there were chapters in Rhys�� pov or Feyre’s pov. And the many more times I sighed, smacked my face into the book, when seeing their names titled across the page.

Besides that factor...what was the plot?
Comment that, cause uh...if I realize that I spent a week wasting time reading this without any advancement of the story, I might just have to kill someone.

To be honest tho, the overall story went along the lines of:
-devastation at how the Fey world has been turned upside down
-rebuilding the upside down houses
-more devastation
-thinking about sex
-oh! Would you look at that: more devastation
-sex

Y’all got the gist here.

So really, I don’t know what SJM meant when it was supposed to install the building point for her future books in the series..?

This book did have its ups and downs, and congrats to you if you loved it!! I know I’m definite SJM trash but this novella didn’t cut it for me :/
