really liked it

Kind of weird, but kind of wonderful too.

This author packs so much in a scant 156 pages, I read it in under an hour. Why do I mention this? Because it’s not a lot of time to invest in a completely different reading experience and for those of us who like to shake it up every now and then, I would recommend this highly stylized and sensual novel.

It’s kind of masterful.

message 3: by Cheri (new) - added it

Cheri I loved reading your thoughts on this, Victoria, I don't think I have ever even thought about reading this book - but that was even before I read anything about it, or any reviews. But you're right, at 156 pages, why not? If you liked it that much, it's worth checking out!

Victoria Thanks so much, Cheri. Diane put it on my radar and then I was fascinated by its structure and style. The author conveyed so much in so few words. Give it a go!

Kevin Ansbro An intriguing review, Victoria.
And Lily Tuck could pass as Cockney rhyming slang this side of the pond!
Example: I couldn't give a Lily Tuck what you think.

Victoria The way your mind works, Ansbro! Hahaha! Let's see if you can slip that into the lexicon...

Thanks, Tammy. Oddly, it's rather a curious little novel.
