This book wasn't exactly what I expected. It was definitely different than previous books in the series. Was it good? Was it bad? Or was it mediocre?

Let me be honest with you. If you are looking for some epic, action-packed book, well, this one won't provide it. Why you ask? There was nothing happening ever since the beginning till the end.

Honestly, this book was more like retrospection of Feyre, Rhys, Mor and Cassian. We could read their thoughts (Feyre and Rhys in 1st person while Mor and Cassian's were kept in 3rd person) and get to know each of them even more.

This book definitely wasn't bad, at least for me. I enjoyed reading different POV chapters. Some parts of this book were funny, other made me angry (view spoiler), or even awkward.

It was a really good read and truly good traverse into a new era of ACOTAR. Only regret I have is that it was a time to say goodbye to old MC and say hello to new ones.
