Favorite Quotes:

"I love you. More than life, more than my territory, more than my crown."

"To the blessed darkness from which we are born, and to which we return."

"Putting life off didn't make a lick of sense. I knew what I wanted. There was no reason to delay."

Pros:

-I enjoyed getting to see more of the inner circle!

-I liked that we got to read from more than just Feyre and Rhy's p.o.v's

-This was also super cute, BUT- (see cons)

Cons:

-This was super dull for a fantasy read! I enjoyed myself, but this was just super basic! (Not even sorry. This read more like a contemporary novel, which is fine, but I expected more f a n t a s t i c a l elements you know?)

Final Thoughts/Comments:

I'll probably still continue with the series, let's be real. I'm trash, and that sneak peek has got me super curious for what's to come! 😂

On a brighter note: I had such LOW expectations for this that I'm actually kind of enjoying it (although it's still nothing spectacular)..."

Ashlee » libraryinthecountry This is basically how I felt as well. It was not bad and I enjoyed it, but it was still meh.

Definitely! I was so hyped for it until other people started reading it, and then of course I had to read it for myself! :')
