Update - The show was fantastic- best I've seen in London!

I鈥檓 off to London today to see this on stage. I am so, very, very excited.

description

As much as I love the Disney film version, nothing quite compares to live theatre. And although this little book here is a faithful rendition, it could never capture the majesty of the story on page. Without music this falls terribly flat.

Today is going to be fun.

LOL! I probably wouldn't be able to read the book. Too busy dancing and singing along.

Florence Bernice Your opinion of the best might change once you see Cursed Child...hehe

Nope! I hate that play. Not seen it though I read the script.

Florence Bernice Well I hated the script too with a passion, honestly it's a pile of crap, along with the ridiculous plot. But Sean, Cursed Child is a PLAY that's meant to be seen, not read. There was actually a lot unsaid there. Give the play a chance. Maybe join the play lottery?

Cecily A birthday treat? Glad you enjoyed the show. I'm not a Disney fan, so was reluctant to see the show, but yes, it's brilliant. So balletic and... puppety(?). Way more artistic than the film.
;)
