Overall, I really liked this book. I will admit to being confused with the abrupt decisions Candace made toward the end of the book. However, Brian more than made up for that issue. I couldn't help but fall completely and utterly in love with him. He is the reason I gave this book 4 stars.

"I'm flat out confused. Candice feel she and Brian need to take a break. Then she feels they probibly won't work out because of her family. Why? Honestly, I haven't a clue! And Brian, God bless him, is helplessly in love with her and would do anything to keep her in his life. Why? Again, I haven't a clue."

Hi Vashti. Lots of people I trust love this book, so I'm excited to read it. Life has been crazy the past few days and I havent had a chance to read but I just started Do Over once I finish that book, I plan on reading this one.
I have the 1st one to read,enjoy.
Curious to see what you think of this one. I loved Brian and all his "extras"! Some people didn't care for Candace, but I chalked it up to age. Enjoy!
Everyone seems to love this book better than the first so I'm excited to read it.
I never did read the first one- just went straight to this one because of all the buzz. I remember it being really hot, and I actually had to google some of the body piercings since they out of my league;)

And I have to say, I can't imaging why someone would go through all that pain just to pierce curtain parts of their body, but I'm a wimp when it comes to pain.

Oh, Kristen, I just LOVE Brian! I've read this several times just because of him;) Candace is very immature, but it's totally her age. I know someone who was very similar at that age (no, not me:). But, if people keep that in mind, it's a great read, I think. Enjoy the rest of the story!
I agree with you, Elizabeth. If you remind yourself how young Candace is it's easy to overlook her choices. She's also had a very sheltered upbringing and that also adds to her immaturity.
Hi Kristen! I love love loved Brian!! I gave this 5 stars and although Candace was a bit annoying, I thought he was so incredible and worth every one of those stars! I put Candace's behaviour down to age too and although I personally don't really understand people that are so incredibly influenced by their family, I know of people who are.
I certainly wouldn't have given him up for anything!!

Haha. You're comment made be laugh. Anyway, I loved Brian in this book but had a hard time with Candice. I LOVED her in their Christmas novella Light Me Up. If I want to put a smile on my face and swoon some more over Brian, I'll reread Light Me Up. It's fantastic.
I added it to my to-read contemporary category. I have to be real, I keep adding books but not reading any because I like having a long list to look forward to. Haha. I'm very picky about my novels.

I know I keep meaning to go back and comment if I think you should bother with a book or not. But while we agree a lot on books, we don't always and I'd hate to make an unsound judgements.
