I was enjoying the book ( if one can use that word here) about 3/4 in and then it bogged down for me. I was disappointed in only 1 chart of suggested foods and herbs. Not one recipe after descriptions of some preparations in the text. For a book using "E.A.T" in the title, I think more specifics could have been given, especially since at the end she was presenting to patients and groups.
