DNF - I tried to read this with my 9 year old because we loved A Dog's Purpose so much. But this one went too much into topics like bulimia, teen drugs, juvenile hall, truancy, etc. The topics just weren't appropriate to read with my little one so we moved on to another book. Maybe I'll finish it someday.

The author released a few separate stories that somewhat relate to the original book but are for kids, maybe check those ones out ?
