I took me a long time to read this book. I kept putting it down and coming back to it. I did finally finish but my thoughts and feelings about it are a big jumbled mess. There were things I didn't like about it. There were things I loved about it. It made me laugh, it made me cry. It made me happy, sad and angry. Unfortunately, it also made me bored in a few places. So, maybe I'll come back and write a coherent review if things gel in my mind. For now, just after finishing it, it felt like a 3.5 rating for me because the last 20 - 30% of the book was very powerful.

Very honest review Fabi. I thought it was a bit slow going in parts too and had trouble putting my feelings into words, but yes, so much going on in the rest of it.
