I love the School of Life’s videos, and I really enjoyed this book as well. It definitely soothed some of my anxieties about finding love. My only complaint is that a lot of the information in the book was taken directly from their YouTube videos, which was irritating. There was some new information though, so that helped. Altogether, this was a quick, soothing read for anyone struggling with romantic loneliness.
