Another winning thriller from Jane Harper! Atmospheric, suspenseful and addictive - I finished it in two quick reads. This novel, like “The Dry,� takes place in the unforgiving landscape of Australia. Harper crafts these harsh desert habitats into full-on characters in her books. She really excels at making you palpably experience the extreme climates and terrains in her settings.
Good fun and suspenseful right up until the end.

Thanks, Bianca and Jennifer. It WAS good and I enjoy Harper’s writing as well, especially how she captures those areas in Australia that are so hostile to life. Yikes!
