The Crimson Fucker and emo fest... then why in Google’s name’s you keep reading it?

Amanda If I knew that, I wouln't need therapy. (Not that I'm going to therapy--I can't afford it...)

;) Obsessive-compulsive self-torture rules!

The Crimson Fucker Yikes, the lowest among the obsessive compulsive ranks. Booo!!! Why don’t you join the ranks of the obsessive compulsive gamers like me? it’s more fun than the emo shit.

Happy thanks giving!!!

Amanda I'm not competitive enough to join those ranks, my friend. That's why I have to do theatre instead! Just as much attention to detail, but with no losers! :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! I hope you're surrounded by much love and peace.

Holli Serious question here.....are these books even worth reading Amanda? The whole emo thing drives me nuts so will these books be the death of me if I read one? LOL

Amanda If emo seriously drives you nuts, then these books will probably be pretty annoying. It's all, "Oh, why won't he speak to me" and "Oh, don't leave me, you promised" and "I can't breathe because I love you so much" and "don't make me choose. I'll die if I have to!"

Somebody said (it might have been Tera or someone) that Twilight is for this generation what Pretty in Pink was for us--total crap, but we couldn't stop watching!

Anyway, Holli, the second book is much more angst-ridden (though it IS a verrrrry accurate depiction of depression) than the first. I say, read 'em if you get bored or if you get The FOMS too severely. Otherwise, it's probably not worth it. You're not missing anything of tremendous literary prowess. :)
