EVERYONE'S DREAMS ARE DIFFERENT, MICHA!!! :) but okay, so, that was years ago, it's hard to remember it all very clearly. i remember liking the book a lot at the beginning, when people started going blind, but then it just devolved into this very humdrum kinda thing about people being shitty to each other in this hospital. i see reviews where people rave about this book, and all i can ever think is: THESE MUST BE PEOPLE WHO ALSO LIKE J.M. COEZTEE! not that that really explains anything... it was just really bleak and hopeless and boring, basically.
