Im not sure if its going to be a movie or a tv series; all I know is that Amazon and Reese Witherspoon's company have the rights.
EDIT: I just double-checked, and it's set to be a 13 episode series. 😁

They basically do. It’s Fleetwood Mac.
It’s not Fleetwood Mac. Like, at all, lol. Only to the extent that billy is supposed to be Lindsey and daisy Stevie, and even then she’s off base with their backgrounds. The story is not FM at all.
It's definitely NOT Fleetwood Mac, the story is entirely different, but it's not too far to imagine that the soap operaish coupling and uncoupling of several pairs and the firing of certain members within that real group may have served as inspiration.
I lived through that time and i had to google to see if they were real or not...

Ha ha, very funny, I googled them at one point then read the back cover & the intro, etc again & realised it was entirely fictional, though perhaps modelled on some account of the Fleetwood Mac experiences.
i mean this is mostly based on the actual series of events that fleetwood mac and stevie nicks went through in the late 70s 😂
